Caring Hospice Services is Hiring a Director - Hospice Near Fort Washington, PA

Caring Hospice Services has been a long-standing privately owned hospice since 1997. We pride ourselves on the care we provide in the community. We are currently looking for a Program Director in our Fort Washington, PA office. The Program Director is responsible for day-to-day operations of a very busy and successful hospice operation. The Program Director will establish criteria and/or work procedures to achieve a high level of quality, productivity and service. Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, Medicare regulations, the Joint Commission and the organizations policies and procedures. The right candidate will partner with the sales leadership team to develop approaches that best position our services in the areas we service. Staying current of industry trends, regulatory requirements and knowing how to maximize the utilization of data to support publicly report quality measures.

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Director to join our team. As the Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of our organization. This is a leadership role that requires strong educational background, experience working with students, and expertise in education administration.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently
- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment

Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Higher education teaching experience
- Experience working with students
- Strong knowledge of education administration
- Ability to educate and inspire others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

Candidate is required to have a BSN degree and at least four (4) years of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice care OR a MSN degree and at least two (2) years of supervisory or administrative experience in hospice care. Knowledge of third-party reimbursement, marketing and sales.
