We are looking to add a member to our amazing team in a fast paced energetic and friendly office. This individual must be a reliable, long term employee who can provide exceptional customer service while answering phones, scheduling customer services, along with other various clerical duties.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate high energy, strong ability to work independently, is a team player that thrives in a deadline driven environment, adaptability to change, always conducts themselves in an ethical, trustworthy, and professional manner. Will work to consistently increase skills and knowledge, relates well to others, and is dedicated to the company's success.

Requirements:

• Strong scheduling/dispatcher and/or prioritizing skills with excellent and proficient written and verbal communication skills

• Coordinate daily service calls with technicians assuring best time saving practices

• Ability to handle multi-phone lines effectively

• Passion for providing extraordinary customer service and work with people at all levels

• Strong proficiency with computers, data entry and with full Google suite, Microsoft Office Suite (excel and word specifically), email, and internet

• Working knowledge of office machines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and information

• Demonstrate ability to work independently without continuous supervision and in a team environment

• Exercise good judgment, maintain confidentiality of customer records and company reports

• Demonstrates strong high level organizational skills, attention to details and provide systematic and dependable follow up

• Completes day-to-day requirements, expediting work results

• Completes any additional assignments as requested by management

• Have a positive and energetic attitude

• Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along well with diverse personalities; tactful, mature, and flexible.
