EPIC Health Partners, LLC is Hiring a Community Liaison Near Richmond, VA

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with marketing, attend community events, and serve as a liaison between Epic and community stakeholders
  • Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with potential referral partners
  • Develop and implement outreach activities, campaigns, and strategies to increase
  • community awareness, referrals, and engagement
  • Attend a minimum of 2 community events monthly
  • Complete Customer satisfaction
  • Identify and participate in community initiatives
  • Serve as a point of contact for referral sources and community stakeholders
  • Serve as a representative/spokesperson for Epic at meetings, resource fairs, and special events
  • Identify marketing opportunities and create marketing materials to support outreach efforts
  • Measure and track quantitative data/results
  • Create and manage required reports
  • Conduct presentations regarding Epic’s programs and services
  • Conduct market research and analyze findings
  • Provide welcome phone call to individuals and enter communication note within 24 hours of intake
  • Assist with identifying resources for individuals in services
  • Complete intakes as requested
  • Assist with front desk duties as requested
  • Complete administrative tasks as requested
  • Deliver measurable outcomes
  • Manage several projects effectively
  • Ensure adherence to DBHDS, DMAS, MCO, and EHP compliance/regulatory standards
  • Attend and participate in meetings
  • Complete other duties as assigned

  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to market
  • Knowledge, skills, and abilities to conduct research and analyze findings
  • Strong understanding of Epic’s mission and vision
  • Knowledge of community resources
  • In-depth knowledge of Epic’s programs and services
  • Skills necessary to professionally represent the organization
  • Skills necessary to prepare for and conduct presentations to groups of various sizes
  • Skills necessary to utilize various softwares
  • Ability and skills to maintain required confidentiality in compliance with Human Rights and HIPAA
  • Ability and skills necessary to complete all accompanying documentation for provision of services
  • Ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders and community partners
  • Ability to address community and organizational needs
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, in order to attend events
  • Ability to attend meetings and represent the organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Ability to track and present data

Training:

  • Staff must be currently certified in CPR, First Aid, Management of Aggressive Behavior or Behavioral Supports and verification of Tuberculosis screening.
  • Bachelors degree, preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with marketing and conducting presentations
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in behavioral health

Job Type: Full-time

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • community based behavioral health: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • QMHP-A, QMHP-C, or QMHP-T (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Richmond, VA: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
