Job Description:

Needs to exhibit excellent knowledge of the end-to-end lifecycle of payments initiation, processing, clearing and settlement.
Detailed knowledge of Payment cards processing transactions and processes.
Regulatory compliance of Payment cards processing in USA like Reg-Z, SOX, PCI-DSS etc.
Good knowledge of Business process mapping and modelling tools.
Good knowledge of Fintech enablement of Payment cards solutions.
Excellent knowledge on Credit/Debit cards.
Knowledge of International and Domestic Payments / Schemes.
Working knowledge of various SWIFT messages associated to the settlements / corporate actions flows used by banks in various markets.

Position 2 :
Title: Project Manager Mainframe Cards
Location: Berkley Heights, NJ OR Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite)

Job Description:

Needs to exhibit excellent knowledge of end-to-end lifecycle of Payment Cards Acquiring, Initiation, Authorization, Processing, Promotions, Rewards, Collections, Clearing and Settlement.
Detailed knowledge of Payment cards processing transactions and processes.
Regulatory compliance of Payment cards processing in USA like Reg-Z, SOX, PCI-DSS etc.
Working experience in Mainframe Cards platforms like VisionPlus, FDR, TSYS etc.
Good working knowledge of Mainframe technologies like COBOL, JCL, CICS, VSAM, DB2 etc.
Good experience in creating requirement documents for Cards system.
Working experience on Agile Framework and agile-based delivery in Mainframe systems.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge of Fintech enablement of Payment cards solutions.
Knowledge of International and Domestic Payments / Schemes.
Knowledge of various ACH / SWIFT messaging and real-time payments

Position 3:
Title: Business Analyst, Mainframe & Legacy Cards & Payments
Location: Berkley Heights, NJ OR Omaha, NE

Job Description:

Needs to exhibit excellent knowledge of end-to-end lifecycle of Payment Cards Acquiring, Initiation, Authorization, Processing, Promotions, Rewards, Collections, Clearing and Settlement.
Detailed knowledge of Payment cards processing transactions and processes.
Regulatory compliance of Payment cards processing in USA like Reg-Z, SOX, PCI-DSS etc.
Working experience in Mainframe Cards platforms like VisionPlus, FDR, TSYS etc.
At least 4 years of experience in managing Mainframe based Cards platform projects.
Good experience in documentation of Cards processes.

Title: Mainframe Developer with COBOL
Location: Omaha, NE (5 Days Onsite)

Technical Skills:

Coding Test is Mandatory for this role.

Should have experience in Mainframe Application Development along with strong hands-on Cobol, JCL, VSAM, Db2 and Mainframe Utilities CICS.
Ability to design, code, unit test, turnover, implement and support the changes.
Experience with Payments or Cards Domain (Good To Have)

Functional Skills:
Strong ability to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specification.
Ability to design, code, unit test, turnover, implement and support the changes.
Writing and executing the unit test scenarios/cases to ensure the code quality and reliability.
Deep understanding of all lifecycle components (code, test, deploy)
Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve technical issues.
Optimizing application performance to ensure efficient use of software resources.
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
