Lead and manage a team of data scientists and analysts in the development and execution of data science projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions at scale
Utilize predictive modelling, natural language processing (NLP), and other advanced analytical techniques to derive insights and solve complex problems
Should have experience of leading data science teams in healthcare domain to develop machine learning models.
Should have prior hands-on experience with cloud technologies such as Snowflake and Databricks, utilizing expertise to optimize data science workflows and solutions
Good to have hands on experience on Python and SQL
Proactively engage with stakeholders and collaborate with business units to identify valuable data sources and requirements for model development
Drive the end-to-end delivery of data science solutions, from problem definition to deployment and monitoring
Ensure adherence to best practices in data science methodologies, coding standards, and project management processes
Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies effectively
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the data science team and across the organization
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science techniques and technologies, and apply them to improve business outcomes
