• Create, execute, and optimize business-to-business marketing campaigns for current and prospective clients at both a corporate and regional level.
• Leverage deep understanding of MGA products and services to optimize engagement with our customer base.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including our website, social media, email, and digital advertising.
• Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
• Manage the company-wide quoting strategy and database.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Consistently monitor and understand industry trends and news events that would affect key client relationships or MGA.
• Drive internal communication and brand guidance across location to ensure a consistent customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing and/or administrative roles.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing software/tools.
• Willingness and ability to independently learn and stay abreast in key industry trends and tools to continuously optimize customer engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can excel with contributions at both a personal and team level.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing platforms is a plus.
