Positions: Early Kindergarten Teachers - Summer School Program (Part-Time/Temporary)

Ten (10) Positions Available

Locations: Butler Creek, Meadows, and Parklane Elementary Schools**

** Applications will be collected for a pool, not specific locations. School placement for successful candidates will be determined by administration following the interview process.

Job Purpose Statement/s: Successful experience teaching 4 and 5-year olds. Ability to lead classroom activities to include large/small motor development, movement, exploration and choice. Understands the importance of structure, routines as well as culturally and developmentally appropriate practices for early learners. Demonstrates patience and support for young children. Able to work and manage the diverse (ie: culture, language, ability) needs of students.

Requirements: Proper TSPC Licensure required.

Program Dates:

• Training and Preparation: July 1-3, 2024
• Summer School: July 8-26, 2024 (Monday - Friday)

Work Schedule:

• Training & Preparation: TBD (8 hours per day)
• Summer School: 8:15am – 1:00pm (4.75 hours per day)
