Wingate Management is looking for an experienced Assistant Property Manager to assist in the management of one of our properties in Providence, RI.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Recertifications
- Leasing
- HAP Billing
- Special Claims
- TRACS
- EIV
- Invoice Processing
- Waitlist Management
- Rent Collection/delinquency
Candidate must be able to multi-task, have excellent organizational and communication skills both verbal and written along with strong computer skills.
Previous Property Management experience with Section 8 and/or LIHTC is required. Knowledge of OneSite and bilingual is a plus!
