City Wide Property Services, Inc. currently has an opening for a_ Level 2 Maintenance Technician _to join our expanding team! For over two decades, City Wide has been a trusted partner for ownership, and property & facility managers throughout the Western United States including California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Texas, providing commercial properties with first-class maintenance and service repairs.

SUMMARY

A Maintenance Technician is responsible for conducting general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties. The goal is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible conditions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial buildings.

· Complete work orders for a variety of structure and equipment repairs.

· Estimate time and materials effectively.

· Order necessary materials for repair completion.

· Complete all necessary paperwork upon finalization of the work orders.

· Perform daily inspection of building systems.

· Have knowledge of tools and equipment used in ground and facility maintenance environments.

· Have experience with various following tasks: Painting, concrete work, finish, and repair, electrical including changing commercial lighting ballast, plumbing, drywall patch and repair, and overall basic handyman work.

QUALIFICATIONS

· A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role

· Basic analytical and computer skills.

· Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities.

· The ability to work extra hours or change schedule as required by customer needs

· Capable of driving truck with trailer, including planning routes and following all traffic laws

· Understand oral and written instructions.

· Use hand tools and power equipment safely and correctly

· Physically capable of performing all job duties including ability to push/ carry supplies.

· Clean and neat appearance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
