World Car Auto Group is Hiring a Service Porter Near San Antonio, TX
Overview: We are currently seeking a Service Porter to join our team. As a Service Porter, you will play a key role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dealership lot and service areas. Duties: - Drive vehicles to various locations within the dealership premises - Assist with vehicle lot organization and maintenance - Provide exceptional guest services by greeting and assisting customers - Support the service department with various tasks as needed - Handle manual transmission vehicles with care - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Utilize retail math skills for basic calculations - Maintain cleanliness of service areas and customer waiting areas - Uphold high standards of hospitality for all customers Qualifications: - Prior experience as a Delivery Driver or in Guest Services is advantageous - Strong customer service skills are essential - Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles - Proficiency in cash handling procedures - Familiarity with retail math for basic calculations - Hospitality-oriented mindset to provide excellent customer service - Must have a valid driver's license Join our team as a Service Porter and be part of a dynamic work environment that values customer satisfaction and teamwork.
