Essential Functions : This Receptionist position is responsible for supporting the Office Manager with the multitude of administrative tasks that are required at a busy professional services firm.

This includes but is not limited to :

• Oversee the phones and transferring calls
• Manage client traffic
• Assist with billing, payment processing, A / R
• Coordinate shipping / receiving all packages through FedEx, UPS, courier service and regular mail, and distribute to employees
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of office and kitchen area including supplies
• Manage office supplies including daily restock and maintenance of coffee, drinks and snacks.
• Collaborate with others on work on projects / tasks outside of their usual assignments.

Qualifications :

• Solid 3 years or more of customer service and general office experience
• Managing phones, filing of paperwork, scanning, faxing, emailing documents, postal mail, etc.
• Professional appearance,, demeanor and communications (written and verbal)
• Moderate to advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF.
• Working Knowledge of RightSignature and sending e-documents to clients by email
• Ability to work full-time 8am 5 : 30pm Monday through Friday and overtime as needed during seasonal deadlines.
• Strong comfort level with technology and learning new programs
