Being a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to create individualized behavior intervention plans that will encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

BCBA Therapist Responsibilities

  • Conducting assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
  • Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed
  • Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care
  • Collaborating with families, school, etc. as needed
  • Submitting report and plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation

BCBA Therapist Requirements

  • BCBA certification or eligibility to sit for the certification exam
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • You’re a strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others
