Global Head of Revenue Enablement

What you'll do

As a core member of the Emarsys Revenue Senior Leadership Team, the Global Head of Revenue Enablement will play a pivotal role in orchestrating a regionally and cross-functionally aligned revenue enablement strategy to ensure SAP Emarsys achieves its objectives.

  • Develop a global revenue enablement strategy.
  • Own the orchestration of a regionally and cross-functionally aligned revenue enablement strategy.
  • Shift enablement from decentralized to centralized, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Product Marketing to align revenue enablement strategy.
  • Utilize data and insights to identify areas of risk and maintain a highly performant organization.
  • Demonstrate experience in owning a global revenue enablement strategy.
  • Apply business acumen to understand and prioritize relevant metrics.
  • Manage stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
  • Implement a data-backed approach to prioritizing Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
  • Own, optimize, and implement an enablement tech stack, including Seismic Learning (Lessonly), Confluence, Outreach, Salesforce.

  • Strategic thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop plans, actions and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to C-level executives.
  • Messaging and positioning skills. This is a solution marketing role so we are looking for someone who is an independent thinker and can bring unique insight to how our suite of products can help customers.
  • Experience with, knowledge of and passion for technology and the ability to market technology.
  • Proven solution oriented selling mindset, storytelling skills, excellent program management and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage at senior levels without direct authority.
  • Virtual team builder that reaches out across the organization to build rapport and ensure execution. Ability to work across time zones and geographies.
  • Experience with Learning Management System and lesson creation preferable
  • Strong understanding of building an impactful enablement strategy and deploying programs across distributed organizations.
  • Software as a Service experience required.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • 8 years of in product marketing or solution engineering

Location : NYC or Pennsylvania.
