•Ability to begin and complete tasks independently.
•Meets state Lead Teacher requirements Education Requirements: CDA, Associate Degree or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field
Preschool Teacher Requirements:

1. Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma
2. Undergo required background checks and screenings
3. Must meet the state licensing requirements for a teacher
4. Knowledge and experience working with young children
5. Ability to routinely lift up to 40 pounds and sustain hours of active work such as bending, standing or walking.
