Warehouse Manager
Responsibilities
- Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents and determine the appropriate end destination
- Assure the warehouse is always clean and organized
- Pick up and deliver parts to job sites as needed
- Load and unload large Critical equipment while assuring none of the equipment is damaged
- Control and manage both Shop and Vehicle Inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Enforce all company rules and regulations
- Track and organize Inventory across all departments
- Maintain proper inventory levels in Acumatica for all departments- to include all roaming Vehicles and warehouses
- Conduct Quarterly Inventory counts on all vehicles and order parts as needed
- Manage customer service requests promptly and resolve issues quickly
- Inspect condition of tools and equipment
Skills
- High school diploma/GED required
- Must have current Forklift certification
- At least 3 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
- Proven knowledge of warehouse policies and procedures
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 80 lbs
- Impeccable written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
