Qualifications
- Initiative and self-motivation to work independently.
- Must have good communication skills (verbal and written) in order to effectively work with staff and students.
- Must be able to work independently in a variety of environmental situations including indoors and outdoors (spring, summer, fall and winter).
- Ability to exercise good judgment in carrying out assignments.
- Ability to work in a positive manner.
- Perform a variety of other duties as may be assigned.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the district finds appropriate and acceptable.

- Keep assigned areas in the safest possible condition at all times.
- Have the well being of the students, employees, and visitors in mind at all times.
- Take immediate and appropriate action related to any unsafe conditions that may exist in the building by eliminating the problem or reporting it to their lead person or supervisor.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform all cleaning tasks associated with assigned area.
- Work cooperatively with building staff in setting up for various building uses.
- Replenish supplies (paper, soap, etc.) as needed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment.
