Salary Range: $29/hr. -$39/hr.
Position Requirements:

• Resume
• RN License
• CPR/BLS required for all disciplines
• Physical
• TB: 1-step PPD, TSPOT or QuantiFERON, Neg chest X-ray accepted (within 5yrs)
• Hep B or declination
• COVID Vaccine
• Influenza vaccine or declination
• Mask Fit Test
• Point Click certificate
• Infusion Therapy program Certificate
• 2 References
• Background and Drug Screening

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to patients and supervise the day-to-day activities of nursing staff and CNAs in accordance with federal, state and local standards.
• Monitor and assess patients' needs and conditions and communicate any changes to care team.
• Plan, Implement, and Evaluate patient care plans in conjunction with other healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate and complete patient records.
• Other duties as assigned.
