Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and a supportive team, we offer a unique opportunity for a member of our Quality team to make a lasting impact on the standard of care provided.As the Clinical Quality Nurse Specialist you will:Collect, analyze, and present data for trends and organization compliance with regulatory and accreditation bodies.Assist the Quality and Risk Director and the organization with regulatory compliance.Ensure required chart audits are completed concurrently and reported to the designated quality committees.Work in collaboration with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support quality improvement.Support the professional staff peer review committee through case review and concurrent screening of outcome indicators such as mortality case review and readmission review.Submit required data to regulatory and accrediting bodies on an ongoing basis.Facilitate continuous survey readiness activities, including participation and documentation of work orders and completion in hospital and clinic Environmental Rounding.Collect, aggregate, and trend safety event occurrence data to identify opportunities for improvement.Collaborate and facilitate with others to analyze sentinel or potential high-risk low-volume activity through the Root Cause Analysis & Action (RCA2) process.
