• 8 to 10 yearsexperienced Techno functional consultant forUtilities
• Must have done multipleimplementations and support for Oracle CC&B (Customer care& Billing) Oracle MDM (Meter data Management) and Oracle C2M(Customer to Meter) in domain ofPower.
• Should have sound knowledge ofCC&B and C2M modules like Rates Billing payments meter readmeter management Credit & Collections case management and newconnections etc.
• Should have sound knowledge inMDM areas of Scalar and Interval data Events Alarms commands RemoteDisconnect Remote Connect VEE Rules Device Management UsageManagement Measuring Components Device Events Device CommunicationUsage Subscription TOU IMD XMLformats
• Should have sound knowledge ofOUAF developments and OUAFdeployments.
• Should lead the RequirementsIssues discussion with clients and should provide sustainablesolutions
• Certification in Oracle UtilitiesCustomer to Meter or in Oracle Utilities CC&B and OracleUtilities MDM
• Reviewing and approving HighlevelDesign documents & Lowlevel design documents Custom programsconfigurations and unittestcases
• Should work out automationopportunities and system improvement opportunities in existingimplementation to reduce L2 and L3 tickets and thus for improvementof the system and for enhancement of Customerexperience.
• Should be able to manage multiplestakeholders.
• Should provide support and mentorteam members whenever required for development design testingdebugging issues and providesolutions.
