• Prepare, print, collate, and mail new owner and rally registration packets
• Record member payments
• Maintain digital and non-digital Klub files
• Transcribe written information into a digital format for social media
• Compile and summarize information from Klub website, Grupio, and survey data for reports and presentations
• Work with Klub website host on administration and maintenance
• Administer and maintain Klub social media including Facebook, Instagram, and the Grupio interface to both
• Assist Klub members visiting Klub offices
• Assist with other tasks as required

• Previous office administrative experience required
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Organizational skills
• Experienced in the use of social media, digital literacy, and research
• Good customer service skills
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others
• Prior Event planning experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree a plus
• Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification a plus
