Tax Airfreight, Inc. is Hiring a Customer Care Specialist (11AM Start) Near Eagan, MN

Job description

  • Heavy Phone handling of Customer Service Team phone line
  • Ensure effective, efficient, and timely customer care for orders received via email and phone; polite and courteous response is critical
  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot problems as they occur, getting to the root cause of the concern efficiently
  • Enter orders timely and accurately as received
  • Communicate critical issues and information to team members and supervisor to ensure problem resolution.

Requirements

  • Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor when speaking and responding to customers
  • Experience in customer care or combination of education and work experience conducive to providing quality, prompt, and professional service preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as professional telephone etiquette
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and follow-up skills
  • Proficient typing and computer skills
  • Able to work effectively as a team and/or independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
