Ranger Environmental Services is Hiring a HR Assistant Near Mobile, AL
Ranger Environmental is a family-owned business that specializes in industrial and environmental cleaning at various industrial plant sites. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Standard Schedule: 7AM-4PM Monday-Friday (must be able to report as early as 6AM during outage season)
- Reports to Office Manager
- Heavy paper filing and data entry
- Working with Operations department to staff personnel daily
- Assists with Recruiting/Sourcing/Job Posting company-wide
- Interviewing candidates daily
- Staffing/Dispatching temporary labor daily as needed, particularly during outage season
- Conduct onboarding/offboarding process with employees
- Maintain employee files while ensuring confidentiality
- Process Temporary Labor payroll
Requirements and Expectations
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1-year HR experience preferred in industrial setting
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Confident interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
