The primary focus of this position will be leasing our vacant properties to quality residents. We're Looking For Real Estate Leasing Agents That:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours to showcase available units and amenities
- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, or in-person
- Provide accurate information about rental properties, lease terms, and application process
- Collect and review rental applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete
- Perform background and credit checks on potential tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in process, including conducting move-in inspections and collecting security deposits
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues that may arise during the lease term
- Maintain accurate records of rental inquiries, showings, and lease agreements

Experience:

-Candidate must understand Landlord/Tenant laws and applications, familiarity with state-specific Leases and Addendums, Fair Housing/ADA regulations and application

-Reliable transportation throughout your workday to drive to homes as needed

- Strong Lead Conversion experience needed

- Must possess at least two years of full-time experience as a real estate sales agent.

- Must have a valid real estate license.

- Must be a member of the National Association of Realtors and the local multiple listing service (MLS).

- Must hold a valid driver's license in good standing and the ability to meet the company's minimum requirements for automobile insurance.

- Must demonstrate a solid ability to be organized, follow directions, and thrive in an independent work setting where time management is paramount.

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite.

- Background in working with investors, short sales, and foreclosures is a plus.

- Prior experience working with CRM systems is a plus.
- Proficient in data entry and using leasing software (Propertyware, Tenant Turner, Yardi, OneSite, etc.)
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable lease terms
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
- Ability to handle conflict management and resolve tenant disputes effectively
- Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations is a plus
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems is beneficial
