A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

HomeRiver is looking to Hire a full-time Institutional Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. As our Institutional Maintenance Coordinator, you will manage the tasks in the work order process. You will work closely with the Maintenance Manager, to ensure that work orders are completed timely, correctly, and with a repair versus replace mentality. You must have good organizational skills and effectively manage time and the completion of the work orders assigned. Lastly, you will perform the following duties: track, report, manage timeline in all steps in the work order process from work order, inception to final billing. You will assign work to Vendors and Contractors while ensuring timely completion. You will review turn tracking, timelines and take actions to improve performance while working closely with the Maintenance Manager to escalate issues needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MAINTENANCE COORDINATOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year(s) of residential property management or maintenance/construction coordination experience required
  • Ability to work with various technology platforms (Cloud based systems)
  • Intermediate experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite
