  • Design the analytical framework used to measure plan effectiveness and efficiency; proactively monitor execution and identify what is driving or hindering progress. As necessary, develop corrective action plans that promptly address any pain points, inefficiencies, or unmet business needs; partner with operations teams to guide end-to-end execution of the plan.
  • Collaborate with cross functional colleagues and partner suppliers throughout the project lifecycle; manage logistics, ensuring products and technicians are at the customer site when needed.
  • Develop and maintain customer and vendor/subcontractor relationships. Identify and select teaming partners to help fill critical capability gaps.
  • Plan for long-term growth by ensuring that appropriate systems, processes, controls, and personnel are in place to successfully maximize profitability and manage risk.
  • Support an environment that fosters respectful, informative, and timely communication and collaboration across various functional areas.
  • Using in person observations, data and analytics, identify opportunities for process improvements and understand where technology can be leveraged to streamline operations.
  • Own key customer metrics tied to project profitability, efficiency, and timely project completion.
  • Monitor and ensure proper reporting requirements are met.
  • Contribute to budget development and prepare and manage budgets and forecasts.
  • Model the highest standards of business professionalism and provide day-to-day leadership to the Wellness installation team; lead the training and development of team members through coaching, motivating, and mentoring on company culture, business goals, financial management, and sound business judgment.
  • Lead the recruitment and retention of a diverse team of professionals; create accountability and ownership among team members through communication of clear expectations, supervision, and timely performance feedback.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Role Specific Requirements Include:

  • Demonstrated excellence in building and supporting a team. Proven ability to lead others in the achievement of goals and create teams driven by initiative, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Computer proficiency, including working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
