We are looking for a MDS Coordinator to join our JAG Healthcare Wooster team!
Recognizing that there is much opportunity in our healthcare employment market for potential applicants, we are seeking MDS Coordinator candidates interested in employment stability, flexible scheduling and the desire to secure a long-term employment opportunity. We are a 42 bed long term care facility with a unique care model specializing in cognitive deficit and behavioral health care. There is balance in the workload and exceptional patient care ratios. Licensed staff are expected to lead by example and be team-oriented to ensure the highest level of quality care and service can be delivered to our residents.
Applicants should have well developed communication skills and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace and good work ethic. We are seeking candidates that have a desire to inspire change and a focus on continuous quality improvement. All applicants will receive CPI certification and training in caring for a younger population with behavioral health care needs.
Applicants should have a valid nursing license, both RN's and LPN's are encouraged to apply.
Pay rate is negotiable and will be determined in the interview process.
Flexible Scheduling- This position can be full time or part time, depending on individual applicant qualification(s) and experience. Standard schedule will be Monday - Friday, hours TBD based on individual candidate need, however predominantly during normal business hours.
