JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Director of Operations will implement innovative advancements to efficiently improve current/future operational systems, and provide keen business development practices to increase operations areas/customer base.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Ensure all Districts/Restaurants comply with company standards leading a team of Area Coaches and team members to drive positive team member engagement and retention.
• Identify and diagnose ongoing operational gaps in districts & restaurants; develop formal action plans to resolve gaps and partner with field support as needed.
• Achieve & maintain operational excellence at all times, partnering with Area Coaches and General managers in your respective portfolio.
• Ensure excellent customer service & operational goals are consistently above standard.
• Hold ACs accountable for executing action plans, tracking progress, and promoting a sense of urgency.
• Development of talent: Enforce systems and processes that drive effective hiring, training, retention, and development, including succession planning for AC/GM roles, performance appraisals, and monthly feedback with a focus on their development.
• Ensure appropriate cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and staffing standards are maintained.
• Review key financial variables daily. Analyze and track key financial/operational data to derive meaningful business insights. Present financial/operational weekly updates during AC & GM meetings.
• Ensure restaurants meet the operating plan through the use of P/L reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Ensure that labor standards are followed in all restaurants/

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Reliable Transportation
• Food Safety Certification
• Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills

Additional Requirements

• Experienced in ensuring operational effectiveness for multi-unit organizations
• Ability to read financial statements; strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively and professionally provide guidance to Area Coaches
• Ability to plan and conduct effective meetings
• Experience in working independently with a result orientation
• Strong oral and written communication skills including public speaking
• Strong organizational skills

Pay: Up to $105,000.00 per year
