New Perspective Senior Living is seeking a **Care Team Manager for our community in Franklin, WI.**

This is a fantastic management position in which youll learn everything there is to know about managing people while helping seniors. Youll manage and lead a large team of caregivers. Every day, youll have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of residents and employees. In addition, this position is a career springboard. **Responsibilities**

* Oversight and assurance of resident care delivery

* Caregiver scheduling, staffing, productivity, & engagement

* Maintains frequent and delightful communication with families residents

**Qualifications**

* Strong passion for managing and developing other

* Associates degree a plus

* Ability to work in a team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Empathy for the challenges experienced by residents, families and team members and the problem-solving skill sets to support them.

* Strong computer skills and ability to interact with a variety of electronic devices.

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing using the English language.

* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
