Do you have experience as a Commercial Reconstruction Project Director / Estimator working on interior and exterior construction? This full-service restoration company is growing and looking for an excellent PD/Estimator!

As the Reconstruction Project Director / Estimator, you will handle the reconstruction project of damage caused to homes and businesses after water, fire and storm damage.

We are looking for someone with interior and exterior restoration industry experience that can manage crews and has fantastic customer service skills.

Primary responsibilities:

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction
• Provide priority response to customers and be their point of contact throughout the project
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles and other material assets
• Follow and oversee safe work practices and adherence to safety and risk management guidelines at all times
• Participate in recruiting, hiring and training production teammates

Requirements

• 3 years’ management experience working for a restoration company or remodeling/ construction company
• Manage / Estimate reconstruction projects
• Great customer service skills
• Ability to handle vendors, sub-contractors, schedules, etc.
• Project Management Course highly recommended
• Xactimate
