Honest Mary’s is a fast-casual restaurant serving healthy & delicious grain bowls made from scratch each day with local and organic ingredients. We do two things at Honest Mary's: impact our guests with our life-giving food, and impact our team by practically raising the bar on their work experience inside our restaurant.

Compensation:

• Starting wage of $17 for team members (more for higher level jobs or more experience).

(Includes a blend of $11 base and $6/hr minimum guaranteed tips, which are subsidized if they fall below $6/hr)

• Tips often rising above $6/hr which increases hourly wages even more.
• $200 Referral bonus for any existing TM referring a new hire
• $150 monthly health benefit for all eligible employees (30 hrs/weekly "full time" status, and has worked 90 days)
