RentVision is Hiring a Director of Marketing and Sales Near Lincoln, NE
RentVision is seeking a Director of Marketing and Sales to lead our Client Acquisition Team. We are looking for an ambitious, strategic leader with a strong background in B2B marketing. What we do: RentVision is a Marketing-Tech company that operates exclusively in the multifamily housing industry. Our mission is to make renting apartments easy - both for our clients (owners and operators of apartment complexes) and renters. We do that by delivering sophisticated digital marketing products that connect apartment shoppers to our clients. What we want you to do:
Manage and direct the Client Acquisition Team - a joint marketing and sales team dedicated solely to winning new business.
What it will look like for you: You'll join a small, tight-knit 40 person company as the 7th member of the executive leadership team and work in our office in Lincoln, NE. You'll work closely with our COO to set direction and strategy to accomplish marketing and sales goals. You'll be starting with 4 direct reports. Requirements Responsibilities:
Win new business
Build a reliable, scaleable marketing and sales funnel
Maintain a defined and very focused target market
Ensure there is great, engaging content on our website
Find and secure speaking opportunities at conferences for our CEO, other team members, and/or yourself (if you're good at it)
Run effective digital ad campaigns that measurably increase leads
Ensure we have effective outbound campaigns in place (mailers, emails, cold calling, etc.)
Develop and implement a digital advertising strategy for clients
Qualifications:
Marketing expert with management experience. Director, AVP, or VP level applicants would make great candidates
Highly skilled and experienced in digital marketing - specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Search Engine Optimization.
Strategic - See the forest through the trees. Be 10 steps ahead of everyone else. See trends, opportunities, and troubles before others and plan for them
Has experience in, or at least a deep understanding of, B2B sales.
Show us a track record of success. We'd like to see someone that has directly impacted revenue growth for a company. Examples: opened new territories, marketed new product lines, turned around a struggling marketing department
The perfect candidate would have experience in a tech/SaaS environment and the multifamily industry. Either would be a bonus, neither are required.
