Responsibilities
Multi-physician family practice clinic in Yukon is seeking full time Medical Assistant
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examination, take vitals and record patient health history.
- Prepare charts, assist physician with medical procedures and exams.
- Administer injections and immunizations, triage patient calls for medication refills and provide test results.
- Keep exam rooms clean and equipped with appropriate supplies.
- Medical Assistant Certification preferred but not required.
- Must be detailed oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of referrals a plus.
- Two years experience in a family practice clinic preferred but not required.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records a plus.
- High School graduate or equivalent required (GED)
