Dallas Nephrology Associates is Hiring a Facilities Administrator Near Dallas, TX

Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. DNA has a long-standing reputation of providing quality care to patients in the North Texas area since 1971. We have an immediate opening for a service-oriented individual to take a lead role in lease property management as the corporate Facility Administrator. The Facility Administrator will be responsible for administrative management of medical practice office locations and related sites of service. This includes landlord relations, lease procurement and renewal, identification and selection of new sites of service, and collaboration with contractors in culmination of construction projects, as needed. This team member will need experience in lease management, build-outs & new site services, facility management, and landlord relations. The Facility Administrator will have knowledge of standard lease language, preferably in a healthcare setting, knowledge of construction projects, bid processes, and general parties involved, knowledge and familiarity with floor plan schematics and related software platforms, and knowledge of organizational structure and use of leased space to affect patient care delivery.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in property management, real estate, or related industry service
  • Experience in healthcare strongly preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
