You are responsible for optimizing logistics costs while reducing the possibility of friction between Masonite customers and other stakeholders.This position will be responsible for communicating shipment status and shipment accessorial changes between the Masonite Logistics Team, Masonite Plant Shipping Leads, and Masonite Carrier Partners.The role will also support other Logistics Team functions including, but not limited to, requesting and organizing spot quotes, updating TMS database, working with specific Masonite critical customers, training new carrier representatives on the freight audit process, and auditing carrier invoices within the TMS system.
