The Quality Assurance and Staff Development Advocate (QA/SDA) is responsible for providing exemplary and routine Direct Support. The QA/SDA maintains and advocates client satisfaction of services with Danville Support Staff through role modeling and training. The QA/SDA reports observations from files and onsite audits to their supervisor. This position requires a flexible, full-time schedule, performing varying assignments, commuting between locations, and assignments which may include overnights and weekends. Experience as a direct support professional is a plus! This position is primarily in the field without the responsibility of being on-call or supervising employees.
