Role Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Sales Associates. Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial client consultations to understand their insurance needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with senior sales team members to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Follow up with clients to provide information, answer questions, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Continuously update your knowledge of insurance products, industry trends, and sales techniques through training sessions and self-study.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a sales-oriented role.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license (licensing assistance provided).
