- Coordinate Projects from Beginning to End:
- Creating an accurate timeline for project completion.
- Maintaining the timeline and making adjustments when necessary.
- Understanding the budget per project, and making sure costs incurred do not exceed budget.
- Managing Resources:
- Monitoring orders to ensure deliveries will not delay timeline.
- Overseeing production to ensure highest efficiency.
- Understanding costs of ALL resources and how that effects profit.
- Communication:
- Being the liaison between all departments and managers to ensure clear communication across all parties.
- Reporting weekly progress to managers.
- Understanding the project top-to-bottom in order to clearly communicate with customers.
- Adjusting to customer preferences and clearly communicating those changes to all departments.
