Performance is Hiring a Project Manager Near Osage, MO

  • Coordinate Projects from Beginning to End:
    • Creating an accurate timeline for project completion.
    • Maintaining the timeline and making adjustments when necessary.
    • Understanding the budget per project, and making sure costs incurred do not exceed budget.
  • Managing Resources:
    • Monitoring orders to ensure deliveries will not delay timeline.
    • Overseeing production to ensure highest efficiency.
    • Understanding costs of ALL resources and how that effects profit.
  • Communication:
    • Being the liaison between all departments and managers to ensure clear communication across all parties.
    • Reporting weekly progress to managers.
    • Understanding the project top-to-bottom in order to clearly communicate with customers.
    • Adjusting to customer preferences and clearly communicating those changes to all departments.
    • Communicating needs to 3rd party vendors.
  • Requirements
    • Familiar with boats
    • Familiar with Marine Parts Management
    • Management Experience in the Marine Industry
    • Familiar with Project Management Software
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
    • Proficiency in Quickbooks.
    • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work.
