Summary

The Dual Enrollment Coordinator position requires an individual who can provide academic and professional expertise within the dual credit programs offered to high school students, such as on-campus enrollment, the dual enrollment program, guided experience, and online enrollment. The Dual Enrollment Coordinator must be able to work within the community and beyond to develop strategic partnerships for the growth of Dual Enrollment and be willing to travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Facilitate the enrollment process in Slate, guiding students throughout their educational journey from start to finish.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Dual Enrollment office, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
• Support marketing and communication strategies for dual enrollment populations, aiming to enhance communication effectiveness.
• Foster new partnerships and maintain strong relationships with existing ones.
• Promote dual enrollment programs and early college options among high schools, homeschools, and school administrators.
• Coordinate updates for the student handbook
• Deliver consistent customer service to students, parents, and partnering schools, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Represent the program at partnering schools to recognize student achievements during high school honor programs.
• Act as a contact point among departments, coordinating course scheduling, conflict resolution, and resource allocation for program success.
• Oversee the maintenance and updates of dual credit course listings and the program's web pages, print pieces, and other marketing materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the program and its objectives.
• All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
