Lab Tech Specialist (Mon-Fri 7:00AM - 3:30PM)
Summary: As a member of Production Operations, a Lab Tech Specialist will be cross trained in a variety of key production tasks and processes as necessary to meet production requirements, while maintaining and consistently meeting established performance standards.
Essential Responsibilities include the following. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned or deleted as the manufacturing process evolves.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, bend, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds (safety/weight belt provided, if requested). Specific vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus is required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
This position works 40 hours per work week. The work environment is climate controlled for manufacturing and the noise level is moderate. Physical demands include standing or sitting at ones station for the majority of their shift.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $16.30 - $27.17 / hr
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan.
