We are seeking a Household Educator and Support personnel to join our team! The position is a full time position supporting a busy family thats works from home with educating their children along with housekeeping and domestic helper needs.

Duties Entail: 

Educational Support:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate learning activities and lesson plans for young children.

• Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions to support academic progress.

• Foster a positive and stimulating learning environment conducive to growth and development.

• Utilize creative teaching methods to engage children in various subjects and activities.

 Household Support:

• Assist with meal preparation, including planning nutritious menus and cooking meals for the family.

• Clean dishes, countertops, and kitchen surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.

• Perform general housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, dusting, and tidying up common areas.

• Manage laundry duties, including washing, folding, and organizing clothes and linens.

Schedule:

• Work from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with duties split evenly between educational support and household tasks.

• Provide flexibility to adjust schedule based on the needs of the family and children's activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting.

• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational best practices.

• Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences tailored to individual children's needs.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing household tasks.

• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a household team.

• CPR and first aid certification preferred.
