We are seeking a motivated and fluent B ilingual (English/Spanish) Collection Agent to join our team. As a Collection Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, negotiating payment arrangements, and updating customer account information. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
This position requires you to work a hybrid work module from in Hampton, VA or Newport News, VA. 100% work-from-home is not offered for this position.
Responsibilities:

• Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect outstanding debts.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements with customers
• .Update customer account information and payment statuses accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and disputes in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain detailed records of all collection activities.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
• Previous experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
