- Identify specific and high-performing candidates that will enhance the culture of the company
- Attract applicants, compete for top talent, improve quality of hire, and increase brand awareness
- Be an enthusiastic storyteller who understands the company's brand differentiators
- Create a meaningful candidate experience
- Maintain data
What You Will Bring
- Come with 3-6 years of experience in technical recruitment
- Working with start-up/ similar industries
- Have ambition and drive to really build a company
- Can navigate ambiguity well
- Have the ability to pitch the company vision and the role in a genuine way
- Are a savvy negotiator and excel at influencing and negotiating the close
Compensation
- Compensation is expected to be between $100,000 - $140,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location. Potential to be a permanent Recruiter or Contract to Hire, compensation and benefits may vary based on the form of hire.
