As a Project Manager, you will be called on to:

• Lead execution of digital projects and campaigns of various scale and complexity through the full lifecycle and be responsible for the success of each one
• Understand the full suite of Centerline project types and the process required to deliver on those projects
• Prioritize day-to-day client needs and project management tasks within a fast-paced agency environment
• Collaborate effectively with account, creative, and operations leads to develop and deliver on project plans that will ensure deliverable quality, timing, budget and client expectations are met or exceeded
• Manage day-to-day client communications with confidence; this includes delivering work for review, hosting meetings, providing status updates, intaking feedback, and identifying potential work opportunities
• Act as an interdepartmental leader to be the sound voice of project knowledge at every stage of the project
• Organize the key players and project details at each project milestone, bringing thoughtful and actionable direction while setting the tone for collaboration
• Clearly and proactively communicate needs and next steps internally and to clients
• Drive forward progress of projects, using project management tools (ex., Workamajig, Slack, G-suite) to maintain project schedules and monitor budgets
• Tactfully advocate for both the client and the agency’s interests when decisions need to be made
• Proactively identify potential project roadblocks and work to quickly surface creative solutions and action plans — seek solutions for the good of the project and the end result (i.e., know when to challenge the direction or the process to gain the next result)
• Champion the correct processes and project requirements to ensure tools and information are clearly organized and communicated and to enable the team to work accurately and efficiently
• Ensure accuracy of all assigned deliverables and projects by participating in work reviews, proof-reading, and other quality assurance tasks
• Understand business priorities and make decisions that positively impact those targets

The ideal candidate will bring the following to the table:

The ideal candidate has exceptional communication and creative problem solving skills and a keen ability to build relationships. They know the required steps to complete digital content including animations, websites and videos. Project Managers are highly accountable, organized, and focused on the success of their team. • 4 years of work experience, with 2 years of direct project and/or client management experience delivering a variety of creative assets in a deadline driven environment.
• Agency and/or creative services experience is required.
• Experience producing many types of digital marketing deliverables - experience with video and web/interactive experiences is a bonus.
• Experience using project management software – Workamajig is a plus.
• Ability to understand and execute against project scopes with budget and timeline requirements
• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field

What we offer:

• The Project Manager position salary range is $60,000 - $70,000
• This position is remote work from home.
