Job Description:

Gong Cha Bubble Tea Store is seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our team. As a team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our bubble tea store.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve Gong Cha's signature bubble teas and other beverages according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate equipment such as tea brewers, blenders, and sealing machines.
• Greet customers, process transactions, and handle cash or card payments accurately.
• Assist customers with menu selections, recommendations, and customizations.
• Perform kitchen prep tasks, including preparing ingredients, toppings, and syrups according to standardized recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store, including cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or retail environment preferred.
• Strong multitasking abilities and the willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the store.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

• Day shift
• Evening shift

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
• Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
