Due to major growth we are expanding our Marketing team in the US and currently looking for an Loyalty Marketing Associate to join the team.

In this role you will create and optimize player monetization and engagement, maximizing new content, meta-game features, promotions, and loyalty initiatives. Use your expertise to assist the Loyalty Marketing Manager in providing tactical support on a variety of marketing, communications, and business development initiatives to create an exciting experience for the customer. To contribute to and execute monthly plans to drive continuous improvement. To advocate for the customer and develop the tone of voice we use across all of our brands. To be creative and try new ways to engage the customer. To be driven by data.

Key responsibilities will include: Campaign Management

  • Ability to efficiently juggle multiple priorities, adapt quickly, and react instantly with close attention to detail.
  • Create engaging short copy and ideate art concepts to communicate the core message.
  • Speak up with new, innovative campaign ideas no matter how out of the box they seem.
  • Providing support to the team on day-to-day administration and operations of the Loyalty Marketing team.
  • Execute BAU loyalty and live operations campaigns across email, in-apps, push notifications, and content card campaigns through Braze.
  • Work closely with customer support as the marketing liaison, ensuring the best player experience possible.
  • Weekly analysis of any applicable loyalty campaigns.
  • Be aware of deliverability due diligence and industry standards for all email campaigns.
  • Provide stakeholders with email reporting analysis and insights for campaigns with a regular cadence, and make recommendations for testing scenarios, content optimizations, and process improvements.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor's degree with Marketing, Communications, Analytics Degree, OR proven marketing experience in a customer-centric role
  • Exposure to Braze or similar CRM platform is highly regarded
  • Meticulous attention to detail and comfortable with data entry
  • Strong ability to organize feedback into a concise summary
  • Highly creative, motivated, driven and self-starting individual who enjoys developing innovative ideas, solutions, and finding areas of improvement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong short copywriting and marketing design guidance skills
  • Basic HTML skills - customize existing templates for new campaigns
  • Analytical and organized with strong time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive team environment
  • Experience with user workflow management tools (Office, GSuite, Jira, Confluence, Asana, Slack, etc.)

Base compensation for this role is $67,000 and benefits include accrued PTO, 9 paid company holidays, 401(k) company matching, health, dental, vision coverages, and the ability to work remotely!
