Sign On Bonus: $3,000 & 40 Hours of PTO
Purpose: Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally competent patient care for all groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation. Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; triaging and prioritizing care need; crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors); and emergency operations preparedness; adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA; and active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

Working Hours: 7p - 7a
Work Schedule Details: Works every 6th weekend
Qualifications Include: 1 year of experience within an ED environment, Iowa Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, Dependent Adult & Child Mandatory Reporter. Must complete TNCC & CPI within 1 year.
