We're seeking a Full-Time Store Leader for our first showroom in San Francisco, CA.

A Store Leader at Joybird plays an integral role in laying the foundation for our retail business. You will work very closely with our Regional Manager of Retail to ensure our ongoing success in our San Francisco showroom! This role has incredible growth potential as the company grows. All aspects of the stores success will rest on your shoulders - therefore, a solid foundation of store management experience and exceptional leadership skills are crucial! You'll focus primarily on building a team of exceptional associates, executing processes and procedures that help us consistently provide amazing customer service, and ensuring that the store exceeds defined financial performance targets.

**What You'll Do:**

* Coach and mentor others and be a self starter able to identify problems and quickly implement solutions.

* Become an expert on the full Joybird catalog and provide style advice and product recommendations to suit a customers unique needs.

* Oversee the leadership and Stylist team to create programs and initiatives to make our customers experiences even better.

* Share your valuable insight with our product, marketing and technology teams regarding customer needs and feedback.

* Manage scheduling and payroll to effectively meet the needs of the business and company expectations.

* Maintain operational excellence implementing key policies, procedures, training and initiatives with your team.

* Recruit, develop and retain top talent with exceptional customer service.

* Use KPIs and reporting to create business solutions and exceed sales targets.

* Open and close the store, execute system opening and closing procedures, and handle cash where appropriate.

* Lead, uphold and embrace Joybirds mission and core values.
