Description:

The Product Photographer will be responsible for staging, taking and editing 360 degree and still photography for our Diamond and Jewelry product catalogue in support of auctions and sales. The ideal candidate has experience with product photography, as well as photo editing and has a strong interest in diamonds and jewelry. This part-time role is in our New York City office reporting to the Operations Manager. 

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing high-quality, consistent diamond and jewelry, 360 degree and still product photography content 

• Manage the shot lists and shooting schedule 

• Accountable for file organization, naming and metadata initiatives 

• Identify and solve problems within digital imagery with the available tools 

• Provide photo retouching and editing of images 

• Maintain and organize the safe setup and operation of all photography equipment 

• Manage photography deadlines efficiently 

Qualifications:

• 1 years of similar experience in a commercial photography studio

• Proficient with professional Canon camera systems 

• Deep understanding of studio lighting techniques and color correction.

• Knowledge of Vision360 or similar equipment and software

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Lightroom, Photoshop, InDesign) 

• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize 

• Strong belief in Accountability and Responsibility
