Position: Summer Camp Flag Football Coach

Location: Lakeway, TX (Swim Center Park)

Pay: Coach roles starting at $16-$20 per hour bonuses available

Do you have a genuine passion for football and a desire to impact the lives of children? Skyhawks Sports Academy Austin is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for an exhilarating summer dedicated to teaching life skills and introducing the thrill of flag football to Lakeway!

About Us:

Skyhawks Sports Academy is dedicated to helping youth return to playing sports. We offer skill-based classes and camps across 10 different sports for ages 5 to 14, and we're thrilled to bring back our popular and exciting flag football camps to Lakeway this summer!

Who Are We Looking For?

We are searching for passionate individuals who are eager to develop today’s young football players. Experience working with children of various ages and abilities is preferred, but most importantly, we are seeking individuals who have a desire to make a difference and have a blast while doing it.

Job Description:

- Other sports available for coaching such as Basketball, Soccer, Cheerleading, Baseball, Golf, Volleyball, Tennis and swim camp! We are hiring coaches for all of these.

- Coach 15-35 hours a week with morning and afternoon shifts available during the week, along with additional opportunities.

- Conduct Flag Football programming outdoors at Swim Center Park in Lakeway from 9am-12pm and conduct open swim play in the pool from 12pm-3pm .

- Instruct for 6 hours per day.

- Perform light administrative duties.

While a football or sports background is helpful, it is not the main consideration for this role.

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift

Ability to Relocate:

• Lakeway, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
